Since 1983, Venture Up has provided creative team building activities in Charleston, from our Amazing Race to Bike Building for Charity event. We work with many firms in South Carolina, including Michelin, GE, Wells Fargo, Lockheed Martin, Verizon and Synntex. Bike Building for Kids in Need is our most popular charity team building event. Teams warm up with quick Energizers, then assemble, decorate, and safety test brand-new bikes for underserved children ages 5 to 10. Each group receives a child’s name and creates a personalized bike and card, delivering a fast, meaningful, and highly rewarding team experience.
Venture Up’s Amazing Race is a fast-paced, city-based team building adventure where teams solve clues, complete challenges, and navigate local landmarks. Designed for all abilities, correctness matters more than speed! Each race features location-specific tasks, and bonus challenges. There’s no better way to experience a city than in this memorable, high-energy group event!
Technicolor Transport is a high-energy engineering challenge that pushes teams to design and build a working fluid-routing machine. Using colored fluids, pumps, tubing, valves and connectors, each group must create a system capable of directing any of four colors to twelve target points—then operate it using valves only, with no post-build adjustments. This 2- to 4-hour event blends creativity, problem-solving, coaching and precise communication, and can align with models like Lean Principles.
Venture Up’s Project 15 THE MAZE is designed for intact teams, virtual teams, or large corporate events in a general session. It’s a Strategic Game, based in sharing information and training around best practices, mitigating problems, achieving a unified goal across multiple areas.
