Bike Building for Kids in Need is our most popular charity team building event. Teams warm up with quick Energizers, then assemble, decorate, and safety test brand-new bikes for underserved children ages 5 to 10. Each group receives a child’s name and creates a personalized bike and card, delivering a fast, meaningful, and highly rewarding team experience.
Venture Up’s Amazing Race is a fast-paced, city-based team building adventure where teams solve clues, complete challenges, and navigate local landmarks. Designed for all abilities, correctness matters more than speed! Each race features location-specific tasks, and bonus challenges. There’s no better way to experience a city than in this memorable, high-energy group event!
Technicolor Transport is a high-energy engineering challenge that pushes teams to design and build a working fluid-routing machine. Using colored fluids, pumps, tubing, valves and connectors, each group must create a system capable of directing any of four colors to twelve target points—then operate it using valves only, with no post-build adjustments. This 2- to 4-hour event blends creativity, problem-solving, coaching and precise communication, and can align with models like Lean Principles.
Venture Up’s Project 15 THE MAZE is designed for intact teams, virtual teams, or large corporate events in a general session. It’s a Strategic Game, based in sharing information and training around best practices, mitigating problems, achieving a unified goal across multiple areas.
